You can deliver your designs or logo in at least 300 dpi. Do you wish to receive a template in order to make a design on it, send us an email, we will send you the template for the relevant chopsticks. Logos should be delivered in .EPS or .Al files and colour numbers in PMS if you have any.

Designs or proof sheets will only be made at an actual order. Via www.wetransfer.com you can deliver us your files and send it to our email address [email protected] and please put your order number in the subject. Via the same website we will send you the proof sheets of the final design before we print the chopsticks. The delivery time of the chopsticks starts from the moment of approval of the final proof sheets sent by us.

Delivery times & Proof sheets

Before we actually print the chopsticks, we will send you an example in PDF (proof sheet) that you could judge on accuracy. In this way, you will always know up front whether your design will correctly be printed on the chopsticks. After approval of the final proof sheets that we have sent you, the delivery time is about 18-22 weeks, due to the production in Asia.

Contribution delivery

We charge a small contribution to the delivery of the printed chopsticks of cardboard in the Benelux. Are you from outside the Benelux, please let us inform you to cost of delivery to your location, we ship worldwide!

Quality & Sizes

Printing colours and plate costs: The colours on the bags (the ones where the chopsticks are in) will be printed in its own colours. You can deliver us the colours and we will search a matching colour. In case you have PMS colours, we will approach these colours. Up front, all chopsticks will be printed without logos and you are free to make your own layout. Every colour could be dithered, this means that with every colour a lower percentage of the ink is used. For example, you wish to print 2 colours of blue. The most attractive thing to do is to use 2 full PMS colours, however, you could also use the same colour, only print it for 50%. On the chopstick, you will see a fine grid and the colour will look lighter. This is an easy way to print other shades with only 1 colour. The plate costs of the chopsticks are free.
