Instructions:

You can deliver your designs or logo in at least 300 dpi. Do you wish to receive a template in order to make a design on it, send us an email, we will send you the template for the relevant cups with sealed lids. Logos should be delivered in .EPS or .Al files and colour numbers in PMS if you have any.

Designs or proof sheets will only be made at an actual order. Via www.wetransfer.com you can deliver us your files and send it to our email address [email protected] and please put your order number in the subject. Via the same website we will send you the proof sheets of the final design before we print the cups. The delivery time of the cups starts from the moment of approval of the final proof sheets sent by us.

Printed cups with Tamper Evident TE warrenty seal

Ringlock, cups with sealed lids, Tamper Evident cups (TE), all different names for the same product. Every supermarket has these cups in their stores, but why? The sealed lid ensures the cup is visibly closed. After opening, the lid is unsealed, so that you can recognise whether the cup has been opened or not. This is of importance for food safety and the protection of the content. These cups close extremely well and are therefore very suitable for liquids or sauces. For that reason, you will often find them in the delicatessen or in grocery stores. Olives, sauces, tapenade etc. are therefore often packed in sealed products. With our useful online tool, you are able to calculate your price at a few simple clicks of the mouse. No business proposals or misunderstandings, you can directly see online what the printed cups and lids with logo or design will cost you!

Delivery Times & Proof sheet

Before we actually print the cups with sealed lids, we will send you an example in PDF (proof sheet) that you could judge on accuracy. In this way, you will always know up front whether your design will correctly be printed on the cups. After approval of the final proof sheets that we have sent you, the delivery time is about 5-7 weeks. Depending on the period of the year, delivery times could increase.

Quality & Sizes

Different kind of labels: In order to print the cups or lids, a label is needed. This is called IML, which stands for In-Mould labelling. This means that during the production, the cups or lids are provided with a plastic label with your design or logo melted on it. It is a label, but it can’t be removed. The default cups are transparent, but they are also available in black or white. The labels are available in three different types.

White: The label is white and can be coloured as you wish. With a transparent cup, the cups remain transparent, however, whenever the label is placed on the flat part of the cup or lid, this will determine the appearance of the product. With a black or white cup, the upper side will also be visibly black or white.

White with an Orange Peel: These labels are equal to the white edition, only these have an Orange Peel structure, which gives them a more luxurious matte appearance.

Transparent: The cup is completely transparent so that the content is well visible. Therefore, it is only possible to print a logo or design on a transparent label. This is also possible with a black or white basic colour of the cup.

Printing on the cup, the lid or both! The prices indicated in our calculation tool are based on a set. This means that you will always receive a cup with a lid. Hence, the prices shown for 1000 pieces means 1000 cups + 1000 lids. In the tool, you can indicate whether you want to print the cup, the lid or both!

Printing colours and plate costs: The colours that can be printed on the cups are PMS colours. Every colour needs an own plate with a maximum of 4 colours (full colour). The plate costs will only be paid once and will be valid for 18 months. For a second order within 18 months without changes in the design, these costs will not be charged again. The plate costs are separately charged for the cup, the lid or both. Select ‘cup or lid’, whenever you wish to print only the cup or lid.
