Where can I find my invoices?
You can find this by going to 'My orders' in your account and clicking on 'View order' of the order for which you want to view or download the invoice. Here you can view and download the invoice.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are calculated automatically for each order by weight and volume. The delivery costs are displayed after filling in the delivery address. There is no such thing as free shipping, we show you the actual costs that other suppliers ‘hide’ in their products when offering ‘free’ shipping, this makes us transparent and ultimately the cheapest. By making good agreements with our transporters we ensure that you get the lowest delivery costs possible. That way you always get the best deal!

What is the delivery time?

Orders that are placed and paid for on working days before 13:00 will normally be dispatched on the same day. We will keep you updated on the status of the delivery via e-mail. When ordering after 13:00 or during the weekend, your order will normally be dispatched the next working day.

What if I'm not at home?

Is your order a parcel delivery and is nobody home? Then we will try to deliver the parcel at your neighbours or at the nearest collection point. The deliverer will let you know by leaving a note in your mailbox. The tranporter sends you an e-mail with the track & trace details so you can follow your parcel online. For pallet shipments someone must be present at de delivery adres. If the pallet shipment can not be delivered, additional costs may be charged for second delivery.

Can my order be delivered to another address?

During the ordering process you can edit the delivery address. As soon as an order is placed and paid for, it is no longer possible to edit the delivery address. If you want to change the date and time you can visit the website of the local tranporter and change it, or use their app. (Not possible for all shipments)

Can my order be delivered in the evening?

We do not offer deliveries on a specific time, check the track & trace information for the most up-to-date delivery details. Pallet shipments are usually delivered on working days between 8:00 and 18:00.

What if my order is delivered on pallets?

Pallet shipments are usually delivered on working days between 8:00 and 18:00. Please make sure that someone is present at the delivery address on the day of delivery. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver outside The Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes! We deliver worldwide. The delivery costs are displayed automaticaly after filling in the delivery address.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?

In most cases we will ship your order completely. The transporter will try to deliver your entire order at once. However, since it is offered as a parcel service, your order could be divided into partial deliveries during sorting. Therefore keep a close eye on the track & trace information. Here you can view the delivery status per package.

Can I collect my order at your warehouse?

This is only possible if this is indicated at the checkout of your order in the shipping options.

Can I change the delivery time?

At first not but depending on your order you could do this on the website of the tranporter. For questions about this, we advise you to contact the local transporter.
