Where can I find my invoices?
You can find this by going to 'My orders' in your account and clicking on 'View order' of the order for which you want to view or download the invoice. Here you can view and download the invoice.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are calculated automatically for each order by weight and volume. The delivery costs are displayed after filling in the delivery address. There is no such thing as free shipping, we show you the actual costs that other suppliers ‘hide’ in their products when offering ‘free’ shipping, this makes us transparent and ultimately the cheapest. By making good agreements with our transporters we ensure that you get the lowest delivery costs possible. That way you always get the best deal!
My personal information has changed, where can I edit this?
You can change your details in your account under the heading 'My account'.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We are a modern web store and therefore we offer you various payment options. Our payments go through MultiSafepay and paying afterwards via Billink (only available in the Netherlands and in Belgium).

Can I pay after delivery?

Yes You can ! Within the Netherlands and Belgium you can choose to pay afterwards with our payment provider Billink.You can find this option at the payment options . Unfortunately for delivery outside of the Netherlands and Belgium this is not possible .

Why has my payment been rejected?

It is possible that the payment link has expired, as a result of which the payment is rejected and the order is automatically canceled. We request that you place the order again.

Can I order VAT-free from outside The Netherlands?

Orders delivered within the European Union can be ordered free of VAT. With a valid VAT number, the VAT will be deducted immediately upon completion of your order. If you are going to export the products abroad then you can reclaim the VAT after we have received an export declaration from you.
