Where can I find my invoices?
You can find this by going to 'My orders' in your account and clicking on 'View order' of the order for which you want to view or download the invoice. Here you can view and download the invoice.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are calculated automatically for each order by weight and volume. The delivery costs are displayed after filling in the delivery address. There is no such thing as free shipping, we show you the actual costs that other suppliers ‘hide’ in their products when offering ‘free’ shipping, this makes us transparent and ultimately the cheapest. By making good agreements with our transporters we ensure that you get the lowest delivery costs possible. That way you always get the best deal!

You can change your details in your account under the heading 'My account'.

Returns

When can I return a product?

We provide you with a 14-day returning privilege for any reason. So "Just because.." is also a valid reason! For more on returns and conditions please check our Return Policy page.

How do I return my order?

We request that you first complete the online return form. You can register your return here, here you will also find further instructions for returning your package. We will not process your return without said registration.

How soon do I receive a refund after returning?

If everything meets our return conditions, the goods will be accepted and our administration will refund the purchase amount of the products within 14 days at the latest.

Can I return personalized products?

We cannot take back products personalized with your name or logo. These are specially made for you and are not included in our return options. If there is a complaint about a printed item, we ask you to contact us. With well-founded complaints, we always come to a suitable solution in consultation with the manufacturer.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

We request that you first complete the online return form. We ask you to add photos of the damaged package as an attachment. You can register your return here, here you will also find further instructions for returning your package. We will not process your return without registration.

Can any product be returned?

The following items cannot be returned: Electronics whose seal has been broken, personalized products, clearance sale items, orders over 500 euros and products specially ordered for you.

Can I exchange a product?

This is not possible. If you want to order a different product, you must submit the wrongly ordered product as a return and then place a new order for the correct product.

How do I send my return?

After acceptance of your return registration you can deliver the package at the nearest collection point.

Is returning a product free?

If your return meets all the return conditions you can return the product at your own expenses due a PostNL point or another carrier as you preffer. Please use the label we provid to you. This ensures that your return is processed as quicly as possible.

Returning from outside the Netherlands

It is possible to return products who are shipped abroad. Please make sure that the products are packed in a way transport damage can be avoided. To claim a refund for the products, the products must be received by us in an undamaged and good condition which is explicit specified in our return policy.
