Instructions:

You can deliver your designs or logo in at least 300 dpi. Do you wish to receive a template in order to make a design on it, send us an email, we will send you the template for the relevant food buckets. Logos should be delivered in .EPS or .Al files and colour numbers in PMS if you have any.

Designs or proof sheets will only be made at an actual order. Via www.wetransfer.com you can deliver us your files and send it to our email address [email protected] and please put your order number in the subject. Via the same website we will send you the proof sheets of the final design before we print the bucket. The delivery time of the food buckets  starts from the moment of approval of the final proof sheets sent by us.

French Fries for the whole family or chicken wings for all your friends are obviously put in the well-known cardboard mega cups, also called food buckets. Food buckets are often used for big portions of French Fries (family bucket) and by famous chicken restaurants worldwide that serve their chicken in these food buckets. Printing cardboard cups in how many colours?

Food buckets are available to be printed in up to 4 colours. The prints are exceptionally sharp and perfect for advertising or a presentation of your firm. Do you wish to print the designs in full PMS colours, this is possible in up to 4 colours. The lids can’t be printed and are white.

Delivery Times & Proof sheets

Before we actually print the food buckets, we will send you an example in PDF (proof sheet) that you could judge on accuracy. In this way, you will always know up front whether your design will correctly be printed on the food buckets. After approval of the final proof sheets that we have sent you, the delivery time is about 12-14 weeks. Depending on the period of the year, delivery times could increase.

Quality & Sizes

Selected on quality: solid cardboard, sharp prints and most importantly: no leaking!

The sizes vary from 65oz to the large 170oz food bucket and the sizes are indicated in OZ (American unit of liquid volume) and ML. The food buckets are made out of  solid cardboard and are laminated with a PE layer, to prevent from leaking. In this way, the bucket is also suitable for on-the-go. All food buckets are provided with a white lid, included in the prices shown. On this lid, there are little openings at the edge that ensure the bucket to open conveniently and at the same time, ventilates, so that the content of the bucket remains crispy at all times.

The buckets are made in Asia, where we pay strict attention to the quality and labour conditions. All factories that we cooperate with, have been audited and we know who we do business with. This is important to you, because you would like to have quality and of course factories that obey the labour regulations. We check this via a quality check to make sure that you not only receive a good product but a fair product as well.
