Where can I find my invoices?
You can find this by going to 'My orders' in your account and clicking on 'View order' of the order for which you want to view or download the invoice. Here you can view and download the invoice.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are calculated automatically for each order by weight and volume. The delivery costs are displayed after filling in the delivery address. There is no such thing as free shipping, we show you the actual costs that other suppliers ‘hide’ in their products when offering ‘free’ shipping, this makes us transparent and ultimately the cheapest. By making good agreements with our transporters we ensure that you get the lowest delivery costs possible. That way you always get the best deal!

You can change your details in your account under the heading 'My account'.

Orders from countries within and outside the EU

Do you have a firm in Belgium or in another country within the EU and do you wish to place an order with VAT included on the invoice? Then fill in a valid VAT number during the check-out procedure in our webshop. To all VAT-obligatory firms within the EU, but from outside the Netherlands, no VAT in charged. Your VAT number will directly be verified and whenever it is valid, the order will be shown with the VAT excluded.

Are you checking out in our webshop and do you pay the indicated VAT anyway, from that moment you are a private customer to us. You could ask for a restitution of the VAT at the authorities in your own country.

When you fill in a valid VAT number and the VAT is shown anyway, then pay close attention to spaces, dots, and letters. Our VAT number is correctly stated like this: NL856879174B01. Please contact us in case you have any questions about the intra-community deliveries.

Orders from countries outside the EU

Are you located outside of the EU? No problem, we ship worldwide.

If you are interested in purchasing, and located internationally, please contact us for an international shipping inquiry so we can inform you about shipping options. After your submission is reviewed by an international shipping professional here at Disposable Discounter, we will send you an e-mail with the specific shipping charges related to your order. We will not proceed with an order until we have received an approval confirmation directly from the end customer.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and value-added fees at customs. Custom fees, duties and taxes are accessed by your country at the time your order is received by your country. If a customer does not pay the custom fees, duties and taxes upon receipt of their order, the fees will be charged to the customer as soon as Disposable Discounter receives notice from the specific governmental agency. No refunds are applicable in this scenario. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the procedures and/or policies when it comes to importing into their country.

Accepted forms of payment are PayPal and Wire Transfer, which is at the discretion of Disposable Discounter.
