Or cook meals which immediately need to be transported to a healthcare institution for example? When sealing the meals, you are able to use the needle roll, also called spike roll. This needle roll is placed on the back of the sealing machine. The foil slides over this roll and the roll pricks holes into the foil. When you then seal the hot meal, the foil is already provided with little holes, so that the pressure can escape.
