Printed paper carrier bags? You can deliver your designs or logo in at least 300 dpi. Do you wish to receive a template in order to make a design on it, send us an email, we will send you the template for the relevant bags. Logos should be delivered in .EPS or .Al files and colour numbers in PMS if you have any.

Designs or proof sheets will only be made at an actual order. Via www.wetransfer.com you can deliver us your files and send it to our email address [email protected] and please put your order number in the subject. Via the same website we will send you the proof sheets of the final design before we print the paper carrier bags. The delivery time of the bags starts from the moment of approval of the final proof sheets sent by us.

Printed paper carrier bags

The snack bags or paper carrier bags are one of the most common packages in the Netherlands to transport products from A to B. Snack bags are environmentally friendly, very convenient because of a flat bottom and especially snack bars and restaurants for takeaway meals often make use of this paper bag. The ersatz paper is suitable for many different purposes and not only for the snack bar. Think of fish packages, sandwiches, snacks or even clothing, shoes, beauty products that are packed in sustainable bags. The paper bags are available to be printed in up to 4 colours. You can better present your firm by printing a text or logo on the paper carrier bag. There are two kinds of paper of which you can choose from: white ersatz and brown Kraft. The brown bags give it a BIO appearance and are not bleached. With us, you can provide them with an own design or logo! Bags regulation

Giving away plastic carrier bags for free is in the past now, because as of the 1st of January 2016. In many South-European countries, giving away plastic bags is already prohibited and this is now the case in the Netherlands as well, because of the big negative impact it has on the environment. Consumers support the decline in plastic carrier bags. Because snack bars also fall within the new regulations, the use of paper carrier bags is the perfect solution and at the same time it has been the best sustainable solution for many years now. These paper carrier bags are FSC certified and fully sustainable. Besides that, a paper bag shows quality and the fries remain more crispy. 

Delivery Times & Proof sheets

Before we actually print the paper carrier bags, we will send you an example in PDF (proof sheet) that you could judge on accuracy. In this way, you will always know up front whether your design will correctly be printed on the bags. After approval of the final proof sheets that we have sent you, the delivery time is about 8-12 weeks for prints with a printing surface of 30% and 8-12 weeks for prints with a printing surface of 100%. Depending on the period of the year, delivery times could increase.

Quality & Sizes

Sizes carrier bags: The paper carrier bags are available in different names and sizes, such as 26x17x26cm (medium size) and 32x18x26cm (large size). These 70 grammes carrier bags with flat handles are available in white and brown Kraft paper and you can print your own logo and design on it. For the brown snack bags, it is best to print them with dark colours. This is because the paper is recycled. All other colours will not show your design that clear. Do you hesitate whether or not your design falls within the margins? Send it to us, and we will inform you about it, free of charge!

Printing 30% or 100%: The most common choice is 30%. This is because it is the cheapest choice and a logo or design can be printed on the 2 large sides of the paper carrier bags. This means that the sides of the bag will not be printed and the big sides will always have a white edge surrounding the printing area. Do you wish to fully colour the bag? Or fully provide the bag of text or a design? Then the 100% printing is most suitable and you are entirely free to design the bag as you wish. For the images, you will find 30% and 100% marks to indicate the differences.

Printing colours and plate costs: The colours that can be printed on the paper carrier bags are PMS colours. You can provide us with these colours yourself or we will search for a fitting colour, in case you do not have PMS colours. Up front, all paper bags will be printed without logos and it is entirely up to you to create your own layout. Every colour can be dithered, this means that with the use of a colour, a lower percentage of ink is used. For example: You wish to print 2 colours of blue. The best solution is to use 2 full PMS colours, however, you can also use the same colour and only print it for 50%. On the bag, you will see a fine grid and the colour looks a little lighter.
