You can deliver your designs or logo in at least 300 dpi. Do you wish to receive a template in order to make a design on it, send us an email, we will send you the template for the relevant cone bags. Logos should be delivered in .EPS or .Al files and colour numbers in PMS if you have any.

Designs or proof sheets will only be made at an actual order. Via www.wetransfer.com you can deliver us your files and send it to our email address [email protected] and please put your order number in the subject. Via the same website we will send you the proof sheets of the final design before we print the paper bags. The delivery time of the bags starts from the moment of approval of the final proof sheets sent by us.

Printed paper cone bags

The paper cone bag is a classic package in the Netherlands to present your fries. Cone bags are widely used among snack trucks or on fairs and barbecues to serve fries with a bit of mayonnaise. The ersatz paper is suitable for many different purposes and not only for the snack bar. Think of fish packages, sandwiches or snacks. The cone bags are available to be printed in up to 3 colours. You are better able to present your firm when you print a text or logo on the bag. There are two kinds of paper of which you can choose from: white ersatz and brown Kraft. The brown bags give it a BIO appearance and are not bleached. With us, you can provide them with an own design or logo! With our useful online tool, you are able to calculate your price at a few simple clicks of the mouse. Delivery Times & Proof sheets

Before we actually print the paper cone bags, we will send you an example in PDF (proof sheet) that you could judge on accuracy. In this way, you will always know up front whether your design will correctly be printed on the cone bags. After approval of the final proof sheets that we have sent you, the delivery time is about 4-6 weeks. Depending on the period of the year, delivery times could increase.

Quality & Sizes

Sizes cone bags: The cone bags are displayed in several K-sizes, such as K13, K17, K26 etc. These numbers are useful because the opening side is the relevant number. A K17 cone bag has a 17cm opening side, a K19 has a 19cm opening side etc. These sizes are common and the most common sizes are K13 and K17.You can print your design or logo on the white ersatz as well as on the brown Kraft paper, both on the upper side of the bag. For the brown cone bags, it is best to print them with dark colours. This is because the paper is recycled. All other colours will not show your design that clear. Do you hesitate whether or not your design falls within the margins? Send it to us, and we will inform you about it, free of charge!

Prices per kilo: Paper prices are always calculated per kilo. Therefore, we also offer our prices of printed bags in terms of kilos. Via our calculation program, you can easily select your wishes and the amount in kilos as well; 120 kilo, 240 kilo etc. The cone bags are always packed in boxes of 5 kilo. At the specification, you will find a description of the composition and also the amount of cone bags one box contains. Printing of logos or design on a cone bag, is already possible when purchasing 20 boxes of 5Kilo each.

Printing colours and plate costs: The colours that can be printed on the cone bags are PMS colours. You can provide us with these colours yourself or we will search for a fitting colour, in case you do not have PMS colours. Up front, all bags will be printed without logos and it is entirely up to you to create your own layout. Every colour can be dithered, this means that with the use of a colour, a lower percentage of ink is used. For example: You wish to print 2 colours of blue. The most attractive thing to do is to use 2 full PMS colours, however, you can also use the same colour and only print it for 50%. On the bag, you will see a fine grid and the colour looks a little lighter This is an easy way to print other shades with only 1 colour. The plate costs of the cone bags are free of charge. When you have an action order / changement, plates will be charged with a maximum amount of 150 Euro for 3 colours. Do you wish to have more information? Please contact us!
