You can find this by going to 'My orders' in your account and clicking on 'View order' of the order for which you want to view or download the invoice. Here you can view and download the invoice.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are calculated automatically for each order by weight and volume. The delivery costs are displayed after filling in the delivery address. There is no such thing as free shipping, we show you the actual costs that other suppliers ‘hide’ in their products when offering ‘free’ shipping, this makes us transparent and ultimately the cheapest. By making good agreements with our transporters we ensure that you get the lowest delivery costs possible. That way you always get the best deal!

Returning a product

When can you return a product?

  • Within 14 days after delivery from orders out of the Benelux

Within 14 days

We provide you with a 14-day returning privilege to all our products. This is a service for you, because we, as a B2B supplier, are not obliged by law to accept returned products in The Netherlands. You can return the product within 14 days if you are not satisfied. However, you are responsible for products that are visibly damaged or have traces of usage that go beyond the necessary determination of the functioning of the product. For that, we maintain the right to charge extra costs. Do you let us know that you want to drop the purchase within 5 days, then you have another 14 days to return the product. When you, at the arrival of the order, accidently ordered the wrong products, but kept the inner package unopened, you may return this product. In case you did open the inner package and you are going to actually test the disposables, then the box is used and we maintain our right to refuse the returning of the package. Because our products are used for groceries, we can’t guarantee the hygiene of the opened package. Therefore, you need to keep the product. If you want to see what a product looks like, you can order a sample via our sample request. You can then extensively test the product, before ordering it. Did you order from outside the Benelux we may charge costs of transportation, please contact us for a workable solution. 

How does returning a product work?

To start with, we kindly ask you to fill in the return form. You can download the return form here We will review your form first. For us, it is convenient to receive the product in the original package. Not possible? Then we kindly ask you to pack the product as good as possible before returning it. If you order as a consumer, we adhere to the legal guarantee for consumers.

Refund of purchasing price

As we have received the order back in our warehouse it will be checked. Every box will be inspected if it is complete, proper packed and unwritten. If it is all like we asked for in our return-form our warehouse manager clears the goods and we will refund your money within 14 working days excluding possible costs. 

Prints

Products that are provided with your own name or logo can’t be returned. These are specially made for you and fall outside the return conditions. Do you have a complaint regarding a printed product, we kindly ask you to contact us. For valid complaints, we will handle it with the manufacturer.
