Instructions

You can deliver your designs or logo in at least 300 dpi. Do you wish to receive a template in order to make a design on it, send us an email, we will send you the template for the relevant napkins. Logos should be delivered in .EPS or .Al files and colour numbers in PMS if you have any.

Designs or proof sheets will only be made at an actual order. Via www.wetransfer.com you can deliver us your files and send it to our email address [email protected] and please put your order number in the subject. Via the same website we will send you the proof sheets of the final design before we print the napkins. The delivery time of the napkins starts from the moment of approval of the final proof sheets sent by us.

Printed tissue napkins

Napkins are available in all different shapes, sizes and qualities. Restaurants, fast-food chains, caterers, amusement parks and even airlines use napkins on a daily basis. From compact and nova napkins for on the counter to ECO tissue napkins made out of 100% recycled material, they are all available to be printed with your own design, name or logo! Printing on tissue Napkins

The napkins are available to be printed in up to 3 colours with an all-in price. You could deliver us the design or let advertising agencies create it. We print with CMYK colours and the PMS colours are held as a reference. Photos, logos, texts, everything can be printed on the napkin. For the ECO napkins, it is best to print them with dark colours. This is because the tissue material is recycled. All other colours will not show your design that clear. Do you prefer the professional tissue napkins? Then you choose the most commonly used napkin. Standard with a 2 layer variant which feels nice and soft or choose the Double Point napkins, a slightly nicer napkin with a thicker surface, which is the perfect solution for low-cost napkins with a luxurious appearance. The prints are exceptionally sharp and perfect for advertising or for the presentation of your firm.

Delivery Times

After approval of the final proof sheets we have sent you, the time of delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks. Depending on the period of the year, delivery times could increase.

Contribution Delivery

We charge a small contribution to the delivery of the printed napkins in the Benelux. Shipping outside of the Benelux? Please ask us for a shipping quote! 

Quality & Sizes

Basic: Just cheap! The 1 layer tissue napkins are available in the size 33cm. 1 layer napkins, which are also called service napkins, are usually used by snack bars. Many fast-food restaurants have tableware dispensers with thin 1 layer napkins. These napkins are also called compact fold napkins or nova fold napkins. All plate costs are included in the prices shown. The napkin’s colour is white and on it, an image, logo or design can be printed, which may not contain more than 50% of the napkin. Do you have hesitations whether your design fits these requirements? Send it to us and we will inform you, free of charge!

Professional: The top-selling napkin for professional use. The tissue 2 layer napkins are delivered in a cocktail napkin of 25cm, 33cm or 40cm with a 1/4 fold and 1/8 fold and are available to be printed in up to 3 colours with a name, logo or design. The napkin is nice and soft. It is also possible to provide a coloured napkin with your logo or design. The standard colour can then be chosen from the available colours and on it, your logo will be printed. A nice napkin that is used in many restaurants.

BIO-ECO: Professional and for a better environment! The ECO napkins are equal to the professional series, only these are made out of 100% recycled material. Counter napkins, tissues or even the Double Point napkins are available in the ECO series and are printed with compostable ink. The luxury variant in the ECO series is the Double Point napkin, which is the perfect solution for a low budget with a high-quality appearance. The Double Point napkins are manufactured with a new production technique, where 2 layers of tissues are bonded. Because of this technique, the napkins become more voluminous, softer and thus, more pleasant to use. Therefore, the prices of the Double Point napkins are extremely favourable and about 50% cheaper than traditional thick Airlaid napkins. The available sizes are 20cm/33cm/39cm with a 1/4 fold and the 39cm is available with a 1/8 fold as well.
