You can deliver your designs or logo in at least 300 dpi. Do you wish to receive a template in order to make a design on it, send us an email, we will send you the template for the relevant snack bags. Logos should be delivered in .EPS or .Al files and colour numbers in PMS if you have any.

Designs or proof sheets will only be made at an actual order. Via www.wetransfer.com you can deliver us your files and send it to our email address [email protected] and please put your order number in the subject. Via the same website we will send you the proof sheets of the final design before we print the snack bags. The delivery time of the snack bags starts from the moment of approval of the final proof sheets sent by us.

Printed Snack paperbags

The snack bag is one of the most common packagings in the Netherlands to store your food. Snack bags are often used in snack bars to put the fries in. The ersatz paper is suitable for many different purposes and not only for the snack bar. Think of fish packaging, sandwiches, snacks, satay or soup cups that are often packed in bags. The snack bags are available to be printed in up to 3 colours. You are better able to present your firm when you print a text or logo on the bag. There are two kinds of paper of which you can choose from: white ersatz and brown Kraft. The brown bags give it a BIO appearance and are not bleached. With us, you can provide them with an own design or logo! With our useful online tool, you are able to calculate your price at a few simple clicks of the mouse. No business proposals or misunderstandings, you can directly see online what the printed snack bags with logo or design will cost you.

Delivery Times & Proof sheets

Before we actually print the bags, we will send you an example in PDF (proof sheet) that you could judge on accuracy. In this way, you will always know up front whether your design will correctly be printed on the bags. After approval of the final proof sheets that we have sent you, the delivery time is about 6-8 weeks. Depending on the period of the year, delivery times could increase.

Quality & Sizes

Sizes snack bags: The snack bags are displayed in several different names and sizes such as snack bags, paper bags, number 11, number 25 etc. These numbers are useful because snack bars can’t do without them. Every employee easily grabs a bag for a certain snack, which is linked to a certain number. Number 10 is 100 grammes, number 23 is 150 grammes, number 25 is approximately half a pound, number 27 is approximately 1 pound, number 28 is approximately 2 pounds and number 29 is approximately 3 pounds. These sizes are very common and the most common sizes are number 25 (half a pound) and number 27 (1 pound). You can print your design or logo on the white ersatz as well as on the brown Kraft paper, both on the upper side of the bag. For the brown snack bags, it is best to print them with dark colours. This is because the paper is recycled. All other colours will not show your design that clear. Do you hesitate whether or not your design falls within the margins? Send it to us, and we will inform you about it, free of charge!

Perforation: In the tool, you can choose whether you would like a bag with perforation or without. The bag will be perforated at the side and this is common for snack bags. The hot content (e.g. fries) are able to breathe and remain crispy. For this reason, perforation is often chosen. Perforation in the bags is possible for the white as well as the brown edition. (Not all sizes could be perforated, e.g. number 10, 11, 22, 23).

Prices per kilo: Paper prices are always calculated per kilo. Therefore, we also offer our prices of printed bags in terms of kilos. Via our calculation program, you can easily select your wishes and the amount in kilos as well; 120 kilo, 240 kilo etc. The snack bags are always packed in boxes of 10 kilo. At the specification, you will find a description of the composition and  also the amount of snack boxes one box contains. Printing of logos or design on a snack bag (1 pound) is already possible when purchasing 12 boxes of 10 kilo.

Printing colours and plate costs: The colours that can be printed on the snack bags are PMS colours. You can provide us with these colours yourself or we will search for a fitting colour, in case you do not have PMS colours. Up front, all bags will be printed without logos and it is entirely up to you to create your own layout. Every colour can be dithered, this means that with the use of a colour, a lower percentage of ink is used. For example: You wish to print 2 colours of blue. The most attractive thing to do is to use 2 full PMS colours, however, you can also use the same colour and only print it for 50%. On the bag, you will see a fine grid and the colour looks a little lighter. This is an easy way to print other shades with only 1 colour. The plate costs of the snack bags are free of charge. When you have an action order / changement, plates will be charged with a maximum amount of 150 Euro for 3 colours. Do you wish to have more information? Please contact us!
